From November 8 to 11, a delegation of specialists from Donaerodorstroy, headed by CEO Sergey Zubanov, visited the Chinese TTM factory. The presentation of asphalt granulate regeneration technology (RAP) took place here.

TTM is engaged in the research, development and production of asphalt mixing plants, asphalt concrete recovery plants, and dry mix construction plants.

Our experts visited the factories of the Chinese factory, got acquainted with the technical achievements and industry innovations. Lectures and reports on world practice of using RAP were listened, and on the example of a Chinese road enterprise, an introduction to the process of producing a mixture using RAP was introduced.

In the opinion of Sergey Zubanov, General Director of Donaerodorstroy JSC, “the use of processing technologies, or the so-called asphalt concrete regeneration in the reconstruction and repair of roads, is especially relevant today. These technologies allow us to increase turnaround times, as well as optimize the cost of work due to the reuse of materials from existing pavement.”
